Reading some of the comments here some of you are clearly XXXXX. This number is not a scam, it belongs to Tesco. Go on their website and see for yourself. It's a number to call when you have an issue with your clubcard/tesco acount.

I wonder if the other person posting today used the link on the e mail to confirm that it was genuine. I checked independently, and found a different number. I don’t trust this e mail.

I just phoned Tesco Clubcard Customer Service who confirmed the email i received is genuine & the new card number they issued to me on the email is correct.

I had an email supposedly from Tesco.com saying they had noticed my clubcard had not been set up properly and that they had issued me with a new card - I didnt need to do anything- they quoted this number- to call if I had any queries or to take a look at our FAQ's???!!!

They say it's Tesco Clubcard. However, it looks like an elaborate scam. They say there's a problem with your number and ask you to use a new number on your account. No mention of changing the card in your pocket. Tesco wouldn't be that XXXXX. Must be a scam.
