Call came in. Told me they were from PayPal had my name and phone number but could not confirm my surname or email. I told them nothing. invited them to email me if they knew my account details and I'll confirm from there. Got nothing. Be wary

Tried to say they were PayPal and I made a suspicious transaction I said I don’t have PayPal and they consisted I do have PayPal and to give my email to them. I asked them what was my name and the guy said “I don’t have time what is your email” I hung up and they kept calling me back, I answered on the 4th time calling and a woman started to shout at me to say “Don’t waste PayPal’s time” I then said “I know you’re a scam stop calling my number” they hung up then straight away. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS

Didn't know or confirm my name, just started with saying they were PayPal and I had a suspicious transaction and could I confirm my email address to cancel the transfer of funds. I repeatedly said no, if they were PayPal they could verify my email by sending a code to it, and they would also know my name. Couldn't tell me my first name. Sent a code to verify that they were PayPal and it came up as an Amazon code. All they have is your phone number, don't give them more information.
